How a request runs
You write once.
Every enquiry is read by a person. Writing to us commits you to nothing.
A reply within 12 hours.
A personal response with options and what each one includes.
Nothing is booked without you.
You see the rate and any Elyor fee before you approve. Nothing is booked outside what you approve. You pay the hotel directly.
Before you arrive.
Room requests, occasions, dietary requirements and arrival timing are passed to the property in advance.
How Elyor is paid
Elyor is compensated by its hotel partners. You pay the hotel directly, at the rate you approved.
- Hotel bookings
- No fee. Elyor receives commission and programme compensation from its hotel partners, not from you.
- Restaurants with a hotel booking
- Complimentary. For a few exceptionally in-demand tables a reduced fee may apply, always agreed in advance.
- Standalone dining
- A success fee, charged only when the table is confirmed.
- Anything else
- Any fee for Elyor’s own service is disclosed in the proposal, before you approve anything.

Guest details are treated with complete discretion and shared only with the hotel or restaurant a booking requires.
Honest confirmations
A benefit is called guaranteed only when it is. Everything else is marked subject to availability.
