Restaurant reservations are complimentary with a hotel booking, with one exception: for exceptionally high-demand restaurants where securing a table requires significant effort regardless of context, a reduced fee may apply — always discussed and agreed in advance. For standalone dining enquiries, a success fee is charged only if we secure the reservation. No upfront charge, no fee if unsuccessful.
