How dining reservations work

For guests booking a hotel through Elyor, restaurant reservations are complimentary — included as part of our concierge service. We handle the calls, the relationships, and the confirmation.

For standalone dining enquiries, we charge a success fee only if we secure the reservation. There is no upfront charge and no fee if we are unsuccessful.

For exceptionally complex or high-demand reservations — restaurants like Etxebarri, where securing a table requires significant effort regardless of context — a reduced fee may apply even with a hotel booking. This is always discussed and agreed in advance.
